Bio

I’m the founder of FutureMap, a workforce development company focused on bringing equitable early career trainings and curriculum to both students and companies. Before that, I was Interim CEO at All Raise, promoted after a year of leading the VC community at All Raise (driving gender equity among founders & funders in tech). I'm also advising and working with a few awesome communities on talent, diversity, recruiting, and community strategy. You can find me advising Elemental Excelerator & CELI's EDICT internship program, focused on diverse climate talent. I'm also supporting Partnerships at We3, the web3 network for women & non-binary professionals. Also: A facilitator and coach; Strategic Advisor at Fernbrook Capital Management; Bain consulting; Kellogg MBA; 5 years as an operator running product launches and strategy at a global Industrial IoT company; Nonprofit board and leadership experience through the Davis Street Clinic and FutureMap when it was a 501(c)3.
