As an information technology executive and change agent, I have a reputation for driving transformation and innovation via modern technological capabilities. I translate strategic initiatives into technological capabilities, and intentionally develop processes and people/teams to make it a reality. I provide overall leadership of the development and implementation of the technology strategies, and optimize operating models to enhance organizational design and improve effectiveness. As an expert in change management and leadership, I cast a compelling vision and gaining buy-in and support that creates missionaries versus mercenaries. As a leader, I mentor teams to focus on action-oriented plans to assist them in prioritizing problem solving and analysis. I afford team members latitude to fail safely and learn, while remaining available and willing to jump in and support when needed—applying a “trust but verify” leadership philosophy.
