With more than 20 years of experience with leadership, data strategies and communities and as an internationally recognized speaker in data, I am confident I have exactly what it takes to create value across organizations.I 2001 I cofounded my first digital agency based on the core idea that digital needed to be business-centric and support the goals of the organization first. In 2005 I left to cofound another agency because the first agency did not go deep enough into the data to fully activate the strategic potential. 16 years later IIH Nordic is still here; 50 people strong; 7 times winner of best Danish Analytics House; 4 times nominated as international analytics agency of the year and I have personally 5 times been nominated as practitioner and industry influencer of the year by the Digital Analytics Association. In the last 7 years I have also helped lead our own digital transformation. As the first larger company in the world we implemented a 30 hour/4-day workweek with full salary in 2017. The 3 last year we even won the title of "Best Place to Work." So how did I get here? Vision, boldness, and a intense sense of community. Since 2005 I taken initiative to establish the biggest free digital analytics event in Denmark and I have initiated bringing the international analytics unconference MeasureCamp to the Nordics. Over the years I have travelled the world to share insights and I have worked with clients and cultures ranging from the US across Europe to the Middle East. I have shared my experience on practical, strategical, and ethical use of data from Silicon Valley to Mumbai and trained people in data inspired thinking from the analysts' level to co-creating data strategies with c-level. At the core I am commercial thinker who sees it as his role to motivate people to focus on the intersection of data and business value for the good of the company and at the same time to inspire them to find their own voice and grow. But most of all a leader who strives to build a common platform of understanding across the organization for the common good. I have spent the last two decades being passionate about the potential of data, leadership and building communities both around data champions and novices. My career to date has truly been a confluence of these elements.
