Stefan brings with him nearly two decades of experience in building, launching and running digital businesses and platforms that have helped to transform traditional industries. He currently serves as Global Managing Partner of BCG Digital Ventures (BCGDV), the corporate innovation and digital business building arm of Boston Consulting Group, where he is responsible for managing the growth and operation of the company on a global scale. BCGDV invents, launches, scales, and invests in industry-changing new businesses with the world's most influential companies in sectors such as consumer, mobility and financial services. Before joining BCG Digital Ventures, Stefan served as CEO of XING AG, Europe’s leading social network for professionals. He also served as VP and Managing Director of eBay Germany, where under his leadership the business grew its gross merchandise volume to $10B, and revenues hit $1B. Prior to XING AG and eBay Germany, Stefan had roles at ProSieben Digital Media GmbH as Managing Director and at the Boston Consulting Group GmbH as a Project Leader.
