A Product and Process Development Scientist | Formulation Research Chemist | in the Pharmaceutical Manufacturing sector for 30 years. I have formulated oral solid dose pharmaceutical products including scale up and technology transfer of manufacture to commercial scale (both in Australia and overseas). I am a named inventor/co-inventor on numerous patents directed to the formulation and manufacture of pharmaceuticals. I have significant experience in managing project teams, including technical, people and budget components. Gained Project Management Professional (PMP) accreditation in 2004. A good people-person, I initiate and develop relationships and bring external learning and experience to improve project outcomes.
