Professor / Sales Coach / RNMKRS Co-founder / Director of NISC / TEDx Speaker / Author / Fitness Geek I am a Marketing Professor and Director of the Northeast Intercollegiate Sales Competition at Bryant University where I teach selling and sales management at the graduate and undergraduate level. My research focuses on sales training effectiveness, self-directed learning, supply chain management, social media and sales performance improvement. I'm striving to do my part to elevate the sales profession with training and connect the brightest sales students and the strongest sales organizations through our sales program, initiatives, events and live sales competitions like the Northeast Intercollegiate Sales Competition and Bryant University Sales Competition. In addition to training students, I work with organizations by providing sales training that improves process, performance and success of salespeople, managers and organizations. My approach is process oriented, self-directed, using adaptive selling, design thinking and active/experiential learning techniques. In 2018, I joined forces with the RNMKRS team as a Co-Founder of the first virtual sales competition for college students using AI and machine learning to elevate the sales profession through technology. The Inaugural RNMKRS Virtual Sales Competition launched November 12, 2019, with over 1500 student competitors from around the world. In Fall, 2020, students completed over 46,000 role plays with immediate and individualized feedback on their performance. It is a joy to work with sales faculty and executives around the world on this. Best part? It is free to all college students! Fun fact: notice my name is spelled with an 'f' as in Stefanie. If you are looking me up and can't find me, you probably spelled my name like this: Stephanie Boyer, Dr. Stephanie Boyer, Dr. S Boyer, Stefany Boyer, Stefanie Bower, Doc, Dr. B, Stephaney Boyer
