Bio

I'm an experienced senior HR professional who has gained significant experience working in eCom, Retail and FMCG sectors. My current role is responsible for business partnering the full commercial organisation; I partner at board level and manage a team of over 50 business partners and HRD’s who partner at every level of the organisation. I manage board level strategic projects, oversee small and large scale organisation design projects and coach at executive level. I've worked on multiple strategic M&A projects, designed new business organisational set ups, carve outs and business closures. I've been so lucky to work with great organisations who have both sponsored and supported my development and have had some phenomenal mentors in my time; key for me is having passion for the organisation I work for and thriving on the fast paced nature of many retail, FMCG and digital organisations; I am driven and focused, I love change and all that it brings, I never shy away from the challenging conversations and relish any challenge put before me.
