He has a proven track record in scaling a technology company from the start-up phase (~150 employees and <USD 10mn in ARR) to a mature organization (>2000 employees and >USD 200mn in ARR) in a matter of a few years. Stephan played a significant role in acquiring many of o9’s blue-chip and FT100 clients. He’s also brought innovation to o9’s go-to-market models, set up large networks of practitioners (e.g. the aim10x innovators council), city networks (e.g. the aim10x city chapters), and executives (e.g. the aim10x executive council), and built a high-performing team.
