A senior-level professional, I’ve built a 30+ year global career within the financial sector conceptualising and rolling out new products, delivering critical projects, and producing results under demanding circumstances. I leverage my extensive knowledge in data analysis and market research to compile and interpret information which I utilise to accelerate long-term operational and organisational growth. I excel in people management, placing great emphasis on creating, synergising, and mobilising the workforce to achieve desired results. My background includes driving performance across seven regions throughout the EMEA, setting aggressive, yet attainable KPIs, and clearly articulating my expectations. Key Career Contributions:  Creating and establishing a data centre outside of the USA, a company first, located in Germany.  Securing a certification from STA as a non-Swiss provider of data on Swiss stamp duty.  Conceptualising, designing, and developing a series of new structured and financial products.  Driving performance as a department head, building a highly-productive, unified 43-member team.  Spearheading complex negotiations and escalation management with major market players. I’m comfortable working in various cultural and geographical environments and am willing to travel for work.
