Moving our company forward. That’s my primary objective as CEO at Solis BioDyne. We’ve got great products. We’ve got great people. Now it’s time we introduce ourselves to the wider world. Tapping into my broad network of contacts in Europe, Africa, and Asia - established and maintained since 2003 - is the first step. The emphasis is on developing international relationships and engaging my team in joint ventures in Europe and beyond. The second step is product development. Enhancing the expertise of our internal specialists and growing Solis BioDyne’s export volumes are two focal points. Our larger, more modern new office and production building is instrumental in making that happen. This will be a major milestone in Solis BioDyne’s history once finalized next year. A forward thinker who forges my own path, I’m a strong communicator who is keen to share my professional background in order to help team members and the company grow. Aware of the potential beyond the horizon, I tend to go with my gut and past experience, staying alert to recent trends rather than settling on the time-worn path. Always open to new ideas, I’m not reckless, but I know that there’s no reward without risk. Reputed to be one of the most attractive employers in Estonia for students and scientists of life-sciences, we at Solis BioDyne are always on the look-out for international partners and forward-minded team members. Hence, we are working even more closely with research institutions, primarily the University of Tartu with whom we already have close relations. Our ideal recruit is trained in biotechnology, chemistry, gene technology or bio-analytics.
