I'm a software engineer who currently focuses on container technology. I'm the project leader for LXC, LXD and LXCFS and have been using and contributing to container runtimes for over a decade. I've also been involved in the Ubuntu Linux distribution from pretty early on, currently sitting on the Ubuntu Technical Board and an active Ubuntu Core developer and release team member. Other than containers, I have pretty deep networking and security knowledge, especially on Linux. I'm a frequent speaker at a variety of Linux and Open Source conferences, giving talks, tutorials and running entire tracks at various events. On my spare time, I lead the infrastructure team for the biggest on-site capture-the-flag security contest, NorthSec. Developing and running the entire infrastructure used during our trainings, conference and the CTF itself.
