Stephanie Dismore is Senior Vice President and Managing Director, North America, at HP Inc. In this role, she is responsible for leading all aspects of HP’s market strategy and managing the multibillion-dollar P&L for the company’s largest geographic region. Stephanie also oversees direct and indirect sales engagements across HP’s portfolio of products and services, for commercial, consumer and public sector customer segments for the region. During her 23-year tenure at HP, Stephanie has held a variety of leadership positions in sales, marketing and channel roles. Prior to her current role, Stephanie served as Vice President and General Manager of Americas Channels, where she was responsible for leading HP’s commercial and consumer channel sales in the U.S., as well as overseeing all channel-related partner planning, development and programs for thousands of HP Partners in the Americas region. Prior to that, she led the Americas commercial channel with primary responsibility for HP’s U.S. commercial channel business and Americas channel partner development and programs. Stephanie is also committed to advancing women and diversity in the workplace. She believes that by encouraging people to operate within their strengths, they have a natural passion to win that allows them to shine. Through this mantra, she is working to support and celebrate diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in the workplace. Stephanie recently helped found HP’s Global Diversity Advisory Board, and today serves as an Executive Sponsor for HP’s Racial Equality and Social Justice Task Force, as well as HP’s Global Sustainable Impact Steering Committee. She also spearheaded the development of “HP Channel for Change,” a formal community service initiative in partnership with Boys & Girls Clubs of America, designed to help bridge the digital divide among underserved youth. Additionally, Stephanie supports HP’s Women‘s Impact Network, mentors several female HP employees, and is regularly called upon to speak on women’s advancement through various industry events, interviews, and contributed content. Stephanie currently serves as Chair of the Board of Directors for Boys & Girls Clubs of the Austin Area. She is also an Independent Director for Tessco Technologies, Inc. and a Board of Industry Leaders Member for the Consumer Technology Association. And, she serves on advisory boards for organizations including CDW and City of Hope.
