Stephanie has 20 years experience, from executive roles at Oracle & IBM, to leading her start-up through a public company acquisition. Stephanie thrives building aligned, high-performing teams, and compelling storytelling platforms. As the General Manager of Oracle Health, Stephanie leads the P&L across Strategy, Product, Services, Sales, Support and Operations, leveraging enterprise rigor combined with entrepreneurial agility and human-centered experience. By harnessing Oracle’s number one strength - data - Oracle is creating interoperable, Cloud-native applications across genomics, virtual care, and extending electronic health record systems with artificial intelligence and machine learning. Previously, Stephanie led Transformation at Oracle, bringing together technology and the humans needed to drive true transformation. With her Cloud Evolution Framework and tri-modal IT approach, Stephanie balances the scales of cost and risk for clients looking to take legacy architectures into the future. Stephanie was the Global Head of IBM Garage, where she expanded a network of sixteen co-creation studios around the world from Tokyo to Milan to San Francisco. The collaborative environments with diverse experts worked with clients to meld industry practices, startup culture, and IBM's expertise. At IBM Stephanie also ran a data-driven integration platform, leveraging Cloud, mobile and social paradigms and led an industry open standards organization. She architected a development intelligence dashboard and managed the first Information Architecture team at IBM. Stephanie was the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Digital Officer for PointSource where she doubled revenue year over year from $3M to $24M in 4 years, rewarded with the INC 5000 3 consecutive years. She is proud of the Best Places to Work awards, speaking to culture and values. Stephanie was instrumental in building PointSource into a top digital transformation force, leading the company to be acquired by Globant (NYSE: GLOB) in 2017. Stephanie led Globant’s largest regional portfolio over $100M & pioneered incubators for AI and cognitive, expanding her Co-De* (co-design, co-development) collaboration methodology. Stephanie has been recognized by Best in Biz and Princeton Review, and sits on multiple non-profit boards that benefit women in technology and leadership. She is a seasoned speaker, including Forrester, InfoWeek and UN Women. Her writing can be found in FastCo, Forbes, & Huffington Post. She lectures at several universities, including her alma mater, Carnegie Mellon University.
