Steve is a VP leading the incredible capabilities we have in frog UK, the creative consulting arm of Capgemini Invent. Steve role and passion is in ensuring that we constantly challenge and raise the quality bar across the crafts that we house in frog, to deliver incredible work. This involves leading our people across different crafts - from strategy and transformation to creative & design through to product engineering & data science. Steve specialises in the digital transformation of 'retailing' - everything from customer experience strategy and innovation to digital marketing, omni-channel ecommerce, app design & delivery, store experience & operations, customer service, Omnichannel CRM to Loyalty. Steve is also a global leader within the Capgemini groups consumer products & retail sector, driving strategic shopping experience transformation and customer loyalty, including our global store of tomorrow and future of loyalty initiatives.
