Stephen is the founder of One Defense and an investor at Refinery Ventures. He serves as a Board Director or Advisor of America's Frontier Fund, Applied Intuition, Duco, Edgybees, Firestorm, Training Leaders International, Ursa Major Technologies, Vantage Robotics, WarOnTheRocks, and Zignal Labs. Stephen is a Life Member at the Council on Foreign Relations and previously worked on the defense policy teams of the Romney and Jeb Bush Presidential campaigns.
