Bio

I am a principal engineer that builds and mentors high functioning teams. I design simple and scalable architectures and help struggling projects. I am focused on delivering entire projects in weeks. I have worked in multiple settings where we grow the business lines from $1 to $1MMM. I enjoy teaching and sharing cultural values of fail fast, building test pipelines to allow for failure, and encouraging developers to be disciplined in their practice. I am skilled in full-stack development moving between Javascript/ECMAScript, Python and Java. I also give talks at my company, local meetups, and conferences.
