Bio

An accomplished and forward-thinking business leader, chief people officer, and graduate faculty turned executive and team coach, trusted leadership advisor, and facilitator. In early 2020, I founded ListenForward, a coaching and advisory practice dedicated to helping CEOs, C-suite executives and teams strengthen individual and collective performance, deliver sustained results, and make a positive impact with and for the people they lead and the customers and communities they serve. Concurrently, I serve as Operating Partner, Leadership Center of Excellence at Edison Partners, a growth-equity firm targeting financial technology, healthcare IT and vertical SaaS and marketplace companies located outside Silicon Valley. I assess, coach, advise, and support portfolio company CEOs, executive teams and CHROs as they build and scale their companies and transform the markets they serve. I also pay it forward as a teacher and mentor to peers and leaders navigating our changing world. Through it all, I bring unique perspectives and insights from three and half decade's worth of leadership lessons having successfully built, grown, and transformed organizations across sports, technology, media, and finance.
