I have been involved in the Software/SAAS, Retail/CPG, Micro-fulfillment/Robotics and Last Mile e-commerce Technology/Mobility business sectors for the past 30+ years. My career includes executive and senior management positions at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Oracle, SQL Financials, Clarus, Brickstream/Nomi (now Flir), Trax Retail, Symphony Retail, Fabric/CommonSense Robotics and BrightDrop. My management experience includes sales, business development/alliances, international expansion, product management and marketing, MarCom, sales engineering, professional services, software and sensor/HW development, finance, legal, HR and customer value development/support. Additionally, I also have significant experience in the areas of capital raises, M&A, cash management, forecasting and operational growth of fast growing and start-up companies. I have actively participated, prepared and executed two IPOs. I have also been a part of executive teams that have sold two companies and acquired seven during my career. I hold a Bachelor degree in Engineering and a Masters Degree in Business from Virginia Tech as well as Executive Business Transformation schooling from Stanford. I am currently Chief Commercial Officer/Executive Director for BrightDrop (a wholly owned subsidiary of GM).
