I am a Chartered Financial Planner and Pension Transfer Specialist, with over 30 years of experience. I presently provide Corporate Advice and Employee Benefit Solutions to over 200 SME's who employ around 20,000 individuals. Recently I have been working on an exciting Fin-Tech project focused on delivering better financial outcomes for 9 in 10 UK Employees saving for their retirement. There is an £8T savings shortfall in the UK (WEF2019) and my research estimates the average to be around £250k per employee. It is my objective to bring together best practices from the world of finance and the brightest minds in Fin-Tech to build 21st Century FinTech that gives employees 'more bang for their savings buck' and helps to build a greener sustainable future for our children. Our Caring Employer Charter will revolutionise Employee Benefit outcomes and set a new standard in Financial Reward and Energy Education in the workplace that aligns with United Nations SDG principles.
