Stuart is Co-Founder of CoreLife Investors, adviser to Brookfield’s Real Estate Group, CEO of ARC Group and has more than 20 years of real estate experience. Stuart began his real estate investment career at Blackstone in London in 2000. During his 18 years at Blackstone, he held a variety of senior executive positions. As a Senior Managing Director and member of the Global Investment Committee, he played a key role in building Blackstone’s real estate business in the Asia-Pacific region including overseeing more than US$20 billion of investments in Greater China, India, Singapore, Japan, Korea and Australia. Stuart returned to the UK in 2018 as Managing Director of Stanhope Plc to help grow one of London’s leading developers before joining up with Brookfield to build out the ARC science and innovation real estate platform. He sits on the Advisory Steering Group for Harwell Science and Technology Campus and is an Independent Non-Executive Director of Hongkong Land Holdings Ltd. He is also on the Investment Committee for Mitheridge Capital and is a Non-Executive Director of Broadwood Capital. He sits on the Leadership Council of The Institute of Imagination, a leading children’s education charity. Stuart holds a Master of Real Estate Finance and Investment from New York University and a Bachelor of Science degree from The University of St. Andrews.
