I joined the recruitment industry 15 years ago, starting as a 360 trainee Recruitment Consultant. Over the past 14 years, I have developed from running my own contract desk which generated £1.3 million of new business in just over 4 years to building and managing both contract and permanent recruitment businesses. During my career, I have helped candidates find their perfect job and clients grow their business through identifying and hiring the best talent in the market.
