Suad a winner of the Prime Minister Medal for Technical Employee, is a talented UAE national who’s so passionate about technology and research. She believes that without challenges life is boring and for any challenge there is always a way to solve it. She is very motivated and hard working. She has been working with a multicultural environment. Suad has started her career as a software engineer. She is always keen to expand her technical knowledge. She has participated in various enterprise projects related to Ministry of Interior and Emirates Identity Authority. She then moved to a managerial role in the R&D department. She believes in people capabilities and diversity. The only way to get the best from a person is by motivating him. She then sought the opportunity to work on National scale projects building key technology enablers for government services transformation such as national integration platform, Mabrook Ma Yak and BASHR.
