I have been advising global private equity investors and corporates on strategy and transaction mandates for over 15 years. As a seasoned strategy professional, I have supported clients across APAC, Americas, Europe and Africa at the CXO and Board level on areas of strategic decisions, investment opportunities, value creation and transformation. As part of this ongoing and truly rewarding journey, I am fortunate to have opportunities to learn from and grow with several of my clients. I am currently a Managing Director and Partner at L.E.K. Consulting and a founding leader of the firm’s Global Education Practice. My decade long experience in the sector spans across segments of education including K-12, higher education, transnational and international education, afterschool supplementary education, language learning, corporate and vocational training. I have delivered and executed more than 300 engagements across 50+ geographies covering developed and emerging markets. I am particularly fascinated about the evolving role of technology in consumer businesses and have been fortunate to advise clients on numerous innovative models through my work with edtech companies. As a leader in the Social Impact and Public Sector practice, I am also passionate about role of education for society at large and have been supporting the social sector, foundations, multilateral institutions and governments on areas of policy making, impact investing and social returns. Prior to joining L.E.K., I was a Senior Vice President in the Education Centre of Excellence at EY-Parthenon. Before embarking on my journey of earning a MBA degree, I had a management consulting stint with KPMG where I advised clients across a range of sectors such as consumer & retail, infrastructure & energy, healthcare, financial services and industrial products I graduated with a Dean’s List Honor from the Indian School of Business, and completed my B.Tech and MS from Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
