MEET SUE ▪️ As co-founder of Hexagon Consultants, I have led teams to deliver strategic projects for Jaguar Land Rover, Liberty Steel & Dyson. My expertise includes: • Developing business strategy • Business acquisitions • Designing and leading change & transformation initiatives • Supply Chain Optimisation • Optimising business delivery models & improving operations • Responding to changing business dynamics As a supply chain specialist, I’ve previously delivered long-term performance improvement at organisations such as BAE Systems, BMW Group and Pattonair. RESULTS FOCUSED ▪️ I am a strong leader, with considerable experience in building and managing teams that implement effective change. My achievements include reducing gross inventory by £30m for a distribution business, reducing costs by £12m on a major aerospace project and designing and implementing a sales and operations process for managing 70,000 different parts. HEXAGON CONSULTANTS ▪️ I work alongside boardroom leaders and their teams to deliver growth and develop capability. The whole team at Hexagon is made up of seasoned individuals with experience of running businesses. We weren’t always consultants – we’ve been in our clients’ shoes and can get the straight to the heart of the problem, quickly identifying key drivers for change through structured data analysis. SUPPLY CHAIN SPECIALIST ▪️ I have 25 years of supply chain experience, most at a senior level. In that time, I have developed a deep understanding of every link in the supply chain, at companies in the automotive, defence, engineering and aerospace industries. I am passionate about substantially improving the financial performance of companies and I have the knowledge and business skills to add real value.
