Susan Breen is a Partner in Mishcon's Innovation group and a leading practitioner in the betting and gaming sector. Susan has over 20 years' experience acting for gambling industry and technology clients on corporate, M&A, regulatory and commercial matters. Her deep industry knowledge and blend of business and regulatory experience is a key strength of Susan's practice. Much of Susan's work is international with a particular focus on helping clients buy or build businesses in an increasingly dynamic legal and regulatory environment. She has been involved in many of the sector's high profile and innovative transactions over the last two decades. Her clients include global operators, regulators, governments, affiliate marketing groups, games developers and service providers. Susan has been a senior trusted adviser for many years to certain high profile clients and governments. Susan has extensive experience of advising operators and their key shareholders on the risk management and governance issues facing operators and ancillary businesses in regulated or yet to be regulated markets.
