Advocating for innovation, giving voice to human rights, and teaching individuals to tell their own business stories are longstanding passions along with a love of research and journalism. Now, building on 30 years of work in education, publishing, art and related technology, I am devoting significant time to Privacy. This is a complex, rapidly evolving topic of as much concern to multinational corporations as it is to individual citizens. The decisions we make about Privacy in business, healthcare, education, politics and for individuals will affect all of our lives and the future of our children. Over 30 years, Raab Associates expanded from North America to Europe, Asia, Australia and Africa, and from publisher and author representation to dynamic collaborations with higher education institutions, not-for-profit and arts organizations, and technology companies. The Customer Data Platform Institute provides technology education and publishes extensive material on customer experience marketing, including on privacy. My key affiliations and advisory relationships have included UConn's Northeast Children’s Literature Center and Thomas J. Dodd Human Rights Institute; University of Florida’s Center for the Study of Children’s Literature and Culture; the Society of Children's Book Writers and Illustrators; and the International Board on Books for Young People. Whether advising on international campaigns, organizing conferences, or delivering brand marketing workshops, I am committed to giving voice to those who make a positive impact globally. Writing and broadcasting experience includes more than 20 years as an international marketing columnist, interviewing on arts and literature for public radio, work as a technology editor, and consulting to develop human rights curriculum materials for schools.
