My passion for marketing led me to explore the world beyond developing software codes. During my short stint as a software developer, I realised that, understanding the market, the culture, the challenge of bringing out the true value of the product and conveying it to the right audiences excited me like nothing else. Currently I am exploring ways to find the next growth phase for Zoho Corporation in a highly diverse European continent. Zoho brings an unique opportunity to its customers to transform their entire business (Finance, Sales, Marketing, Client Support, HR and IT) on the cloud. Zoho's growing depth in Artificial Intelligence area is bringing efficiencies like never before to these departments and bringing them all together on a single console. Excited to be back to the company where I first learnt the fundamentals of product management, marketing and sustainable growth. Previously, I headed the Marketing function for India and ASEAN at ADP. My team was responsible for building the brand for ADP’s On-cloud HCM products and services and helping the organisation to expand its business in the region. As part of the India and ASEAN’s executive leadership team, I got the opportunity to contribute strategic thoughts to functions across the board that helped steer the business ahead while meeting the client satisfaction levels. Right after my engineering, I started my career developing business intelligence and middleware software for System Consultant Information India ( An Indian subsidiary of KSC Japan). I had the unique opportunity to work with Japanese and learn coding the way they do- write the code on a notepad and compile it separately on the compiler. Working in these extraordinary companies over the last several years has given me a fair understanding of the global markets, the culture and trends. The opportunity to work and interact with some of the smartest people in the industry has given me the confidence to accept newer challenges everyday.
