We need a work culture where growth is rethought and instead of ''higher, faster, further'' it is about ''deeper, better and more sustainable'' 🌱 🤔 What is New Work? (and what isn't?) 🤔 What skills are most important for people, teams and companies to really live New Work? 🤔 And how do you put New Work into practice? To answer these questions, we founded NWMS (New Work Masterskills) GmbH, with which we support people, teams and companies in using the opportunities of New Work. Our approach and understanding of New Work consists of three elements 1️⃣ Better me: personal empowerment of each individual. 2️⃣ Better we: strengthening teams, leadership and organisations. 3️⃣ Better society: strengthening our society. For more than ten years I have been accompanying companies in their realignment in the area of New Work. Before that, I worked in various corporate positions as well as in research. In March 2022, our book ''On the Way to New Work'' was published, which deals with New Work in a very concrete and practical way. 📗
