Bio

I focus my practice on assisting clients with the countless labor & employment challenges they face on a daily basis. Aside from my primary goal of producing positive results for clients, I strive to maintain a client-centric approach to practicing law through exceptional and responsive client service, and providing business-focused solutions to workplace disputes and issues. I regularly defend clients before federal and state courts, and administrative agencies, involving all types of employment claims. I also assist employers in traditional labor matters and disputes involving non-compete and other restrictive covenant agreements. I am also a national expert on marijuana issues in the workplace, and regularly assist clients across the country in handling medical and recreational marijuana issues in the workplace. Leveraging my national expertise and experience in handling workplace marijuana issues, I am the creator of Ogletree's ''OD Comply: Marijuana'' tool, which provides employers a cost-efficient solution to handling the many complexities of marijuana and the workplace: https://ogletree.com/solutions/compliance-solutions/od-comply/marijuana/. Aside from day-to-day work, I am an active member of the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association (NAPABA), and am proud to serve as co-chair of Ogletree’s Diversity and Business Resource Group for Asian American attorneys within the firm.
