Throughout my career in Data and Analytics, I have been fortunate to work with incredible people at great companies including JP Morgan Chase, Experian Marketing Services, Gilt Groupe, Stuart Weitzman/Tapestry, and Time Inc. I have enjoyed designing and implementing ML-powered solutions in areas of Customer Acquisition, Personalization, CRM and Campaign Management, guiding organizations through rapid data transformation and growth, building and developing teams. At ActionIQ I work with companies to help them realize the value of the insights that live in their data and make data-driven marketing a reality. When I don't look for patterns in data or advise companies on large scale organizational transformations, I make my infinitely tolerant husband and not-so-tolerant teenage daughters put up with my life-long obsession with archeology - by going to visit every historical sight and archeological park I can fit into the school vacation schedule. Can we improve the future by learning about the past? I don't know, but I want to keep on learning!
