Bio

I am an educator with over 15 years of experience in the fields of adult and workplace education, curriculum development, literacy and ESL. I worked in the non-profit sector, community agencies, and post-secondary institutions. Over the years, I wore different hats, those of a coordinator, project manager, curriculum developer, instructional designer, teacher. I provide expertise in the areas of program and course development and delivery, competency based education, adult literacy, workplace and Essential Skills (now Skills for Success). I lead teams in the process of development and implementation of effective educational and training programs. I also design courses with clear outcomes and learning objectives that aim to address specific learner needs.
