An entrepreneur and data driven marketing leader with over 20 years' experience leading regional teams in marketing, communications, public relations, demand generation and sales strategies. Tania’s achievements are underscored by her strategies and initiatives that not only transformed several organisations’ operations in her home region of Asia Pacific and Japan, but due to their success, have been adopted globally as fundamental frameworks for those companies. She has also become known as a SaaS tech start-up and scale-up expert, having played a key role in the establishment, development and expansion of several organisations from the ground up. Tania has been recognised as a content and brand engine specialising in demand generation, public relations, content and customer marketing and building strong advocacy programs. She has driven the direction and strategy for building unique thought leadership for stakeholders regionally and globally, boosting credibility and helping fuel business expansion. She is on the judging panel of Asia Content Marketing Association and a virtual CXO, as well as a public speaker on various topics including content and digital marketing, understanding Gen Z, business process re-engineering and change management. Tania has won a few awards in recognition of her success in marketing initiatives across the region and her ability to develop successful campaigns based on her data driven approach. She has written several articles, bylines, blogs and white papers in the space of cybersecurity, cloud migration, cloud adoption, digital transformation, content marketing strategies and social media success. Tania is also heavily involved in community work and fundraising initiatives, currently volunteering as the CMO for Street Industries and previously on Dell Technologies' Women in Action ERG steering committee.
