Tanveer Kathawalla is the VP & GM at Logically, and the founder of Pioneer1890, an investment & advisory firm that partners with companies to create or establish new frontiers. He is also Venture Partner at NextGen Venture Partners and advisor to venture-oriented companies where he provides guidance on fundraising, go-to-market, business development, and management. Previously, he was the COO/CFO and part of the founding team at Hedron Formerly Analytical Space, a venture-backed satellite company. During his tenure, Hedron was named to Fast&Co’s 2019 list of most innovative companies, launched the first commercial cube satellite equipped with a laser, and raised institutional capital led by MIT’s The Engine and Flybridge Capital. Additionally, Hedron (Analytical Space) was featured in two Harvard Business School case studies. He has spoken at MIT Sloan, C5 Accelerate, and regularly speaks on venture capital, national security, and economic development. Tanveer is a Political Leaders Program Fellow with the Sorensen Institute at the University of Virginia, a member of the Leadership Now Project, a World Economic Forum Global Shaper, a member of the AEI Enterprise Club, and former Aspen Idea Scholar.
