• Extensive deliverability troubleshooting for large and small brand email programs — I know what affects deliverability and how to fix problems that may occur as well as creating a plan to provide proactive solutions

• Expert knowledge and understanding of Return Path and other deliverability monitoring tools
• Expert knowledge of email best practice including: list segmentation/targeting, different email/anti-spam legislations, and subject lines
