Tara is a recognized risk, strategy and compliance expert and advisor to boards and executive management teams in global companies, advising key stakeholders on corporate governance and enterprise risk management. Tara is Co-Chair of Paul Hastings’ ESG Risk, Strategy and Compliance practice. Further, during its unprecedented period of growth (2017-2022), Tara was Vice Chair of Paul Hastings’ Investigations and White Collar Defense practice, one of the firm’s largest and leading growth areas with responsibility for over 100 lawyers around the globe. With extensive experience advising corporations and boards of directors confronting mission critical risks, Tara has developed a deep expertise in identifying, evaluating and mitigating risks, such as ethical business practices, human rights, diversity, equity and inclusion, cyber security and data privacy, and climate transition. She has deep experience in highly regulated industries and in liaising with disparate stakeholders in addressing risks and reputational issues, including in M&A and other commercial transactions. Her experience spans almost every continent in the world.
