I am a bilingual conversational AI designer & consultant with a background in linguistics, psychology, and teaching. I craft the intent strategy and conversational experiences in digital assistants and chatbots. In previous roles I have scaled up conversation design teams from scratch, developed intent architectures, and trained client partners on UX best practices to develop customer-facing voice, chat, and omnichannel experiences. I am an educator at my core and fully subscribe to a philosophy of lifelong learning and teaching. My fields of interest include educational technology, English language acquisition, and diversity in the tech industry.
