Change management: One of the biggest drivers in my career has always been the urge to improve - myself and the organizations I have worked with. Having worked with start-ups, scale-ups and now bigger organizations - finding the balance between people, processes and technologies has been a great and exciting challenge. I thrive on challenges - analyzing the current state of a company and thinking about how to improve it - feels like a big puzzle, that slowly comes together in a beautiful, big picture. The knowledge I've gained in the past years allows me to quickly identify bottlenecks and come up with actionable solutions - both in the long and short term. And the best part of it - it combines both aspects of the work I love - hands-on and the strategical part. Thought leadership Being able to inspire others with my thoughts, ideas, and knowledge has been a very humble experience so far. The bigger part of the knowledge I've gained is by following other thought leaders and it has inspired me to share my journey too. Looking back at my biggest learnings I'd say - have fun while doing your job and don't be afraid to f* up - there is no failure, only feedback! Servant Leadership I started my career by leading a team of 40 employees. Coming from an Eastern European country, I had a very authoritarian leadership and was struggling a lot with the performance of my team. That has left a big mark and for years I was ''afraid'' to lead a team again. A couple of years ago, I came across the theory of Servant leadership and it completely changed my professional life. I'm working really hard on following the principle of servant leadership. I see myself as an enabler and strive to inspire my colleagues to become even better and happier in their work environment. Personality My strong points are problem-solving, creativity, persistence, and curiosity.
