Teresa Villoslada is an HR professional with 10 years of experience in multinational tech companies. Her focus has always been culture management based on putting employees at the center of the company strategy. Passionate about logistics, events and all forms of organization, she has been in touch with different areas of the business in teams across the world. Since 2019, she has collaborated in the implementation of remote work in different size companies. Nowadays, Teresa is Head of People and Culture in Seqera Labs, a hypergrowth biotech start-up based in Barcelona. She’s leading the candidate & employee experience and the implementation of remote working experience initiatives to a techled team around the world.
