With 25+ years of Business IT experience, 13+ years managing engineers locally and nationally, I have a unique perspective into how to manage a team of extremely technical individuals that have strong personalities and advanced skillsets. Cloud based, agile technology is something that I have been working with for 15+ years from designing and maintaining hosted, cloud based, voice and server networks to managing teams of Sales engineers that design network, security, voice and server solutions. Leaders are required to maintain a strong yet flexible approach to how their teams work within organizations and teams must be very agile in handling the requirements of the organization in its entirety.
