After a few years in Silicon Valley, I decided to build a marketing consulting and podcasting business, focused on providing a platform to champion the voices that matter in community successes and the racial justice we needed to hear more of in the real world. I wanted to provide a platform, an ecosystem to women and men of color, to share their truths and purpose around STEM, consumer products and their journey in tech. I took a leap from being a technology champion to becoming a champion for communities. My purpose is to leverage all my tech skills and business strategy to help women of color owned businesses, specifically LATINAS, who are the least represented in tech, leadership roles or creators of consumer goods here in the US. When we can lift our voices together to big businesses and government, we can build a stronger global community to make change.
