Tom currently works for WSP UK, especially advising on asset management, capital projects and on business transformation. He provides technical, programme management and strategic advice to asset intensive organisations. They are being asked to invest in their assets like never before, and Tom uses his experience of such investments to guide clients. Since his time at HM Treasury he has continued to engage a range of infrastructure stakeholders to effect change and to champion the better use of commercial and physical asset data across the infrastructure sectors. He does this using Asset Management frameworks, contribution to various government and industry best-practice initiatives, and activities such as benchmarking. r. Tom’s industry experience is in the project management, commercial and engineering disciplines, largely in the highways, rail and power sectors in the UK and the US. He has worked on successful projects and programs at strategic, feasibility, concept, development and construction phases. Tom has also worked closely with senior management at strategic levels on bids, projects, research, benchmarking, policy and governance. Participant in the ENO Center 2019 Transit Senior Executive Program. Tom recently returned to WSP UK after four years with WSP USA.
