My background in reliability stems from an excellent start in a fast paced, lean manufacturing company. The skills I learned in that environment from my reliability mentors have been invaluable to my career. I ran the reliability program at a major oil and gas company in the mid-continent business unit and most recently I created and now drive the reliability & TPM program at multiple sites for one of the world's leading drug manufacturers. Expertise in condition monitoring, PM and PdM development, as well as FMEA, RCM, and TPM practices. Currently a registered Engineer In Training, actively pursuing a Professional Engineer License.
