Tom is a Managing Director with KeyBanc Capital Markets and Group Head of the Infrastructure and Public-Private Partnerships Practice. He has more than 20 years of experience in the U.S. Capital Markets working on transactions in both public/municipal finance and project finance. Sector experience includes transportation, social infrastructure and utilities. Prior to Key, Tom worked at KPMG as a strategic, commercial and financial advisor to clients including: • Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority • Massachusetts Department of Transportation • Pennsylvania Department of Transportation • Virginia Department of Transportation • Florida Department of Transportation • Puerto Rico Public-Private Partnerships Authority • Puerto Rico Infrastructure Financing Authority • Amtrak • California High Speed Rail • Chicago Regional Transportation Authority • Philadelphia Regional Port Authority • New York City Office of Management and Budget • New York City Department of Environmental Protection • Dormitory Authority of the State of NY • Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum P3 • University of Massachusetts Building Authority • Long Island University • Purdue University • Yonkers Public Schools Prior to joining KPMG in 2008, Tom worked in the financial guaranty insurance industry for companies such as XL Capital Assurance (XLCA) a “start-up” company which had a successful Initial Public Offering in 2005. He helped establish and lead their U.S. P3 infrastructure business and served as a senior member of the Public Finance Team including the Credit Committee. He also worked for Ambac Assurance (Ambac) where he led their Sports Finance business and was a senior member of the Public Finance Team.
