Bio

I have extensive experience helping clients evaluate, structure and execute their most complex business transactions, including mergers & acquisitions, majority and minority investments, and general corporate governance matters. I have worked with a variety of clients, including private equity and venture capital funds, financial institutions, family-owned businesses as a purchaser, seller, investor, and lender. My clients are based both nationally and internationally, and operate throughout the world. I enjoy spending time with my wife and twin daughters and support all things University of Texas related.
