I'm co-founder and CTO of Probely, the Web Application Vulnerability Scanning Service. I have an extensive experience in pentesting applications, training, and providing all-around security consultancy. My career started in the early 2000's, with a tenure of 12 years at Portugal Telecom, most of them in the web security team of SAPO, which I co-founded. Before SAPO, I spent a few years reverse-engineering traffic from proprietary applications and building a countrywide network of honeypots. I'm a qualified member of AP2SI, a non-profit organization that promotes Information Security in Portugal, and Co-Leader of the Lisboa OWASP Chapter. I hold a Master in Information Technology/Information Security by Carnegie Mellon University and CISSP certification. I'm a frequent speaker at security events, such as LASCON, BSides Lisbon, BSides Krákow, C-Days, Codebits, Confraria da Segurança da Informação.
