Tim was appointed to the role of CEO, Zurich UK on 1 January 2021. Prior to this, from Dec 2019 Tim was COO, EMEA responsible for Operational functions across the region. He held the role of CEO Life & Investments and Country Head, Zurich Australia from 2015-19, leading the business through a period of significant organic and inorganic growth to become one of the leading life insurers in Australia. Tim has also held the roles of Chief Risk Officer and Head of Strategy of Zurich’s Global Life business. He has been with the Zurich Group for more than 20 years, in a variety of senior strategic and management roles, in the UK and globally.
