Hi, I am Tim Brewer, the Co-host of ''The Org Design Podcast'' and the CEO/Co-Founder of Functionly.com. Org design is hard, and over time, org structures become misaligned and dysfunctional. Leaders want to ditch all the Excel spreadsheets and Visio to design changes their way, then collaborate with stakeholders without months of meetings, and the cost of institutional consultants. Functionly.com is org design software for leaders to fix the gaps, cracks, and overlaps that form in their own organizational structures. Thousands of leaders have designed & communicate what matters, aligned teams, built future plans, and easily adapted to change. Before functionly, I got to work with some of the industry's fastest-growing companies, such as Dropbox, ConnectWise & Anittel (acquired Accord my first exit in 2010). I have a list of angel investments in great entrepreneurs I have accrued over the years and chair JMARK's board of directors in the midwest USA. I’ve garnered a breadth and depth of knowledge across multiple disciplines and seen first-hand the ups and downs of entrepreneurialism, leadership, investing, start-ups, NPOs, and building grassroots communities. In my spare time, I co-host ''The Org Design Podcast'' and occasionally get to speak at conferences and events. I love to share practical insights I have gained from my journey with others in my unique Aussie style. My personal philosophy in life is to help those around me grow. My commitment to value creation frames my desire for people and organizations, particularly entrepreneurs, to have their vision become its fullest reality.
