I'm an optimist who firmly believes in the power of business to do good. I've co-founded several digital media ventures, most notably Junkee Media, one of the leading digital publishers for young Australians, which was acquired by ASX-listed oOh!media. My first book, 'Cult Status: How To Build A Business People Adore', was awarded the Best Entrepreneurship and Small Business Book at the 2021 Australian Business Book Awards, and my second book on creativity in the workplace, Killer Thinking, was named one of the Best Books of 2022 by Apple Books. I'm the Chairman of the Digital Publishers Alliance, a group representing over 100 titles from the leading independent publishers in the country, a startup investor and also advise to a range of businesses.
