Im driven to make my workplace better for my colleagues. Fired up, over enthusiastic and slightly obsessive about all things people analytics. Whether it's finding new data sources, separating myth from reality, demystifying and quantifying culture or just finding out if all the stuff we do in HR actually works... I'm driven by the challenge to put data where data has never gone before. I believe people analytics has the power to change the way we work for the better. Whether that is employee experience, wellbeing analytics or simply sweating every ounce of insight from an employee staff survey. As competition for talent continues to escalate companies will increasingly need to put their people first. People analytics will play a huge role in diagnosing the problems and creating the solution and I'm just too excited to be a part of it.
