Former Chief Solutions Officer at Yahoo, best selling author of four books, top rated speaker on the lecture circuit with specialty in #leadership, financial services, technology services, staffing and HCM and innovation. My research over the last few years has centered around speeding up innovation through wide collaboration. I'm a proponent of giving, loving, helping and encouraging others. In my experience, the greatest gifts we give are intangible: Knowledge, Network and Compassion. To be a great leader, you must come from a place of love and respect.
